A lovely pond with lots of fish

The pond was dug out in the nineteenth century to provide clay for the bricks that were used to build Grange House.
Over the years the pond silted up until 2002 when it was excavated and landscaped for fishing.

The pond contains a variety of fish including Perch, Roach and a large head of small Carp.

Fishing is by day ticket, at £5.00 per day, or in the summer months £3.00 after 5pm.
